In order to be accepted into the Finish First program you must possess the following:
- A NATEF certified auto/diesel technical diploma from a post-secondary school
- Excellent GPA, attendance and driving record
- A high-level of motivation
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math and computer skills
- Hands-on learning skills
- Exceptional deductive reasoning skills
- The desire for a stable and challenging career
- A comfort level for career advancement and management opportunities
Dealers will be impressed with your skill set once you graduate. The program will also help you focus and develop other important attributes — personal traits, such as the ability to be courteous, cooperative, dependable, prompt, hard working and professional in appearance.
