A: You will need:
- A NATEF certified auto/diesel technical diploma from a post-secondary school
- Excellent GPA, attendance and driving record
- A high-level of motivation
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math and computer skills
- Hands-on learning skills
- Exceptional deductive reasoning skills
- The desire for a stable and challenging career
- A comfort level for career advancement and management opportunities
Q: What happens after 12 weeks?
A: After successful completion of the program, you will be accredited in all DTNA required courses, giving you the edge over other entry-level technicians seeking employment at DTNA dealer service locations.
