APPLICATION FORM

General Provisions and Conditions:

No applicant shall be denied making application to or be rejected from admission to the Finish First Program on the basis of race, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin, nor be subjected to discrimination of any activity, based on the above, while attending Finish First.

The Custom Training Group (CTG) reserves the right to modify the program curriculum content as deemed necessary for improvement and updating.

Students who voluntarily or involuntarily interrupt their training for one or more courses will be charged a $100 re-enrollment fee, may be required to sign a new enrollment agreement at current tuition prices, and can result in the student’s loss of endorsement.

Upon successful completion of training, each student is awarded a Certificate of Completion. No Certificate of Completion will be issued until all tuition, parts, and tool accounts have been paid in full.

CTG does not guarantee employment. However, the Institute will provide services to assist graduates with employment within their field of study.

The student understands and agrees to abide by all the rules of conduct and appearance provided both in writing and by direction of instructors or other officials. Excessive absences, failing grades, unsatisfactory conduct or appearance or a violation of the Substance Abuse Prevention Policy may result in disciplinary action and possible dismissal.

CTG reserves the right to adjust its class times to meet scheduling requirements and class loads.
